Return Policy

ANY REIMBURSEMENTS FOR RETURNED MERCHANDISE WILL BE GIVEN AS STORE CREDIT. 
There is a 20% restocking fee for all non-defective returned merchandise. Any returns must be unworn, unwashed, free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or visible wear and tear. The customer is responsible for shipping charges to return merchandise. We do not provide pre-paid return labels; you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return any merchandise.  
Once your request has been approved, our representative will email your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.  You must include in the returned merchandise shipment. 
Merchandise must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving approval from our representative. Any damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery date. 
Depending on the shipping method and carrier selected, your return package may take 1-5 days to reach us. Keep your proof of postage and provide us a tracking number. We are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit. Once your return is fully processed, we will issue you store credit for use on a future purchase. The issued store credit never expires and is redeemable right away!

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled by the buyer when in the "Newly Placed" Status. Once an Order is in a "Confirmed" status in FashionGo, it has been put into production and can no longer be cancelled. We typically confirm Orders within 1-2 Business Days after the Order is placed.
