Today the world remembers Han Young K. as the greatest example of life. His children and grandchildren are continuing with his teaching and legacy.

Buyer can also earn Vendor Points by activating Rewards Coupons. Earned Points can be redeemed immediately on future Qualifying Purchase. Earned Points can only be redeemed with the same Vendor which the points were earned from.

Return Policy

    Thank you for shopping with Diamante Jeans

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you. For any return, please email us at diamantejeans@diamanteteam.com with the following information:

Pictures (if the product is damaged), Order No. / Invoice, Style number, size, and color of the style you wish to return.  Any returns, damages or exchanges must be notified by email at diamantejeans@diamanteteam.com within 14 days upon receiving the merchandise.


Returns

- All returns MUST be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with all their hangtags and labels.
- Customers are responsible for all returning shipping costs for non-damaged goods.
- A 10% restocking fee will be deducted on ALL returns.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Restocking Fee

- There will be a 10% restocking fee deducted from your refund on any items returned from your refund. 

Damages

- Any damaged merchandise must be made within 14 days upon receiving the merchandise in writing to diamantejeans@diamanteteam.com stating the reasons for return.
- Please email to diamantejeans@diamanteteam.com pictures and details to provide proof of damage.
- We will not accept any returned items without any return authorization, refused package or past the 14 day grace period.
 
When will I receive my refund?

Please allow approximately three weeks for your return to be delivered and processed at our Distribution Center. Once your refund is initiated, it may take 3-5 business days to appear in your account, depending on the payment method used.

Cancellation Policy

    If you placed an order, you must notify diamanteteam@diamanteteam.com for any cancellation within seven (7) days of your purchase.

There we will a be a 10% restocking fee deducted from your refund.
