A. Overview of Rewards Program (the "Rewards")
This Rewards Program is a Vendor led loyalty program at FashionGo that allows Buyers to earn and redeem rewards points ("Points") on Qualifying Purchase(s)*. Buyer can also earn Vendor Points by activating Rewards Coupons. Earned Points can be redeemed immediately on future Qualifying Purchase. Earned Points can only be redeemed with the same Vendor which the points were earned from.

Return Policy

    1. All sales are not subject to a refund. In some cases, only merchandise exchanges or store credit may be issued.
 
2. All returns will not have a restocking fee for 10 days if the returned merchandise is returned unopened with the manufacturers' seal.
 
3. If the package is returned in opened condition, there is a minimum 10% restocking fee.
 
4. 20% restocking charge on ALL RETURNED GOODS FOR CREDIT after 10 days.
 
5. It is the customer's responsibility to arrange transport of products to our facility for exchange.
 
6. No store credit is issued after 12 days. (Absolutely no returns on special orders.)
 
7. $25.00 charge for any returned checks.
 
8. Claims for any damage must be made within 2 days upon receipt of merchandise and all items returned for credit must be in the original packaging with all items included.
 
9. Price on invoices does not include shipping and handling fees.
 
10. Shipping and handling are non refundable. (Including but not limited to all refused and undeliverable packages.)

Cancellation Policy

    If an order cancellation is necessary, a written request to the manufacturer must be approved before any order can be canceled.
