Welcome to InfuseZen!  We are a woman owned and family operated Turkish towel company located in Massachusetts. We work closely with our partners in Turkey to produce towels that are modern looking but still have that traditional craftsmanship that make them long lasting and durable while maintaining a luxury feel. 

Our journey began when I was looking for Turkish towels for my own home but could not find anything other than a simple stripe, diamond weave or chevron pattern. I love color and design in my home and thought that there must be other people who love Turkish towels but want something a bit more exciting. That's when InfuseZen was born! 

For us, sustainability isn't just a buzzword—it's a way of life. We believe in making a green difference wherever we can; our Turkish towels are made from 100% organic Turkish cotton, can be washed less often than terry cloth when used as a bath towel and more fit into the washing machine at once saving water and energy. We are also working on moving all of our packaging over to biodegradable materials and this change should be complete in less than a year. We also have safety practices in place to ensure all materials and labor for our towels is sourced ethically and the factories we work with are OEKO and SEDEX certified. 

Our towels make wonderful bath and beach towels, but they're not just accessories for your home, they are a scarf or shawl on a chilly evening, a sarong by the pool or a lap blanket on an airplane. A. Overview of Rewards Program (the "Rewards")
This Rewards Program is a Vendor led loyalty program at FashionGo that allows Buyers to earn and redeem rewards points ("Points") on Qualifying Purchase(s)*. Buyer can also earn Vendor Points by activating Rewards Coupons. Earned Points can be redeemed immediately on future Qualifying Purchase. Earned Points can only be redeemed with the same Vendor which the points were earned from.

Return Policy

    We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, contact us through the Fashiongo website or by emailing us at info@infusezen.com to let us know you'd like to start a return. 

There is a 20% restocking fee on all returns.  The original shipping fees to get the item to you are not refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the actual cost to ship the item to you will be deducted from your return amount. We will let you know your refund amount via email before you send the item back.  The buyer is responsible for creating their own return label and for all shipping related fees associated with the return. Tracking on your return package is recommended.
    
Any items returned to an address other than the one we provide you will not be refunded. You must contact us for our return address before sending an item back to us. All products must be returned unused, and in the condition in which you received it including all packaging and tags. Any used items or items returned in poor condition will not be refunded.  Once we receive your returned items, please allow us 3-5 days to process your refund. Your refund will be in the same form of payment used to make the original purchase.

For incorrect addresses or undeliverable addresses: The customer is responsible for ensuring the shipping address on their order is correct. We are unable to stop or divert a package once it has been shipped. We ship to the address the customer provides at checkout, we are unable to refund any items that are not received due to an incorrect address being entered by the customer.  If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address or if the package is refused by the customer, we will issue a refund minus the shipping fee. If you received free shipping on the order, we will deduct the actual shipping cost incurred by us from your refund once we receive the item back.

Cancellation Policy

    If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us immediately by through Fashiongo or by emailing us at info@infusezen.com. If your order has not shipped yet, we will cancel your order and refund your purchase. Your refund will be in the same form as the payment used to make the original purchase.
