A. Overview of Rewards Program (the "Rewards")
This Rewards Program is a Vendor led loyalty program at FashionGo that allows Buyers to earn and redeem rewards points ("Points") on Qualifying Purchase(s)*. Buyer can also earn Vendor Points by activating Rewards Coupons. Earned Points can be redeemed immediately on future Qualifying Purchase. Earned Points can only be redeemed with the same Vendor which the points were earned from.

Return Policy

    *Please email us at info@in-loom.com within 14-days of receipt of goods to formally begin the Return Authorization process. 
-NO STORE CREDIT OR REFUNDS WILL BE APPROVED AFTER 14 DAYS. (NO EXCEPTIONS)
-NOTE: Sending a claim via Fashion Go message will not constitute a formal Return Authorization and will not lock in the claim on that date.  The claim date will not begin until we receive a formal Return Authorization email.
-If a return label is issued, the item must be sent-out within 5-days or the Return Authorization will be void.

*Please include in Email:

·      Company Name
·      Invoice Number
·      Style Number/Size/Color/Quantity
·      Reason for return.
·      Photos of damage.

All claims must be made within 14-days upon receiving merchandise which is why we strongly urge all buyers to check their goods upon receipt!  Only 1-claim per order will be permitted.  All merchandise returned for credit must be in their original Polybags with all Hang Tags. If the packaging is not returned in original condition, it will be subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee.  

If you simply do not like the style and would like to return it you may do so at your expense.  As mentioned, please return the items in their original condition to avoid any restocking fees.

·  In most cases we will only allow exchanges or issue a store credit for damaged merchandise or incorrect items.  Refunds may be issued on a case-by-case basis.
·  Returns require an approved Return Authorization. Returns without any notice are unacceptable and will result in a 20% restocking/charge-back fee.
·  Items damaged by retail customers will not be accepted and cannot be returned.
·  Depending on the nature of the claim, buyer may cover the expense for return shipping.
·  Initial Shipping and handling are non-refundable (Including but not limited to all refused and unaccepted packages.).


ALL DEEP DISCOUNTED SALE ITEMS ARE CONSIDERED FINAL SALE! 

*Relabeled Items Policy:  If using a 3rd-Party relabeling company, please check with the relabeling company if any issues are caught at that time so a claim can be made before the item is relabeled.  Items are not eligible for claims after they have been relabeled.

·      Reason for return.
·      Photos of damage.

Cancellation Policy

    ·      If you wish to cancel an order, you must send a written request to In Loom: once approved, the order will be canceled.

** Declined CC:  Orders with Declined/Pending CC’s will be held for no more than 5-business days.  If buyer cannot be reached or resolution cannot be found, items will be forfeited to inventory/back-orders after the 5-days.  In which case, inventory availability cannot be guaranteed if a re-order is placed. **
