Buyer can also earn Vendor Points by activating Rewards Coupons. Earned Points can be redeemed immediately on future Qualifying Purchase. Earned Points can only be redeemed with the same Vendor which the points were earned from.

Return Policy

    Returns + Exchanges:

If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return or exchange your unworn merchandise within 7 days of item delivery. Items must be returned with original packaging and receipt. Shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Final Sale:

For hygienic purposes, all earrings will be final sale. All personalized jewelry is final sale. Any customization (sizing, chain length etc) to any style is considered a special order and is final sale.

Repairs:

Unfortunately we do not accept repairs. We carefully create and inspect all of our pieces before they leave the studio to you, but if you receive a defective item please email us at info@jillianleigh.ca.

Cancellation Policy

    Cancellation:

If you'd like to cancel or make changes to your order please email us within 24 hours of purchase.
