A. Overview of Rewards Program (the "Rewards")
This Rewards Program is a Vendor led loyalty program at FashionGo that allows Buyers to earn and redeem rewards points ("Points") on Qualifying Purchase(s)*. Buyer can also earn Vendor Points by activating Rewards Coupons. Earned Points can be redeemed immediately on future Qualifying Purchase. Earned Points can only be redeemed with the same Vendor which the points were earned from.

Return Policy

    In general, all sales are considered final. All claims, including non-defective item returns, must be made within five (5) days after receipt of goods. Please contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) number as goods will NOT be accepted without prior authorization from our company. Any returns or credits will NOT be issued without a RA number. All RA requests will be authorized or declined within 15 days of the receipt of merchandise. Shipping fee are non-refundable. A restocking fee of up to 20% of the value of the merchandise may be imposed on non-defective returns. Please contact us for our policy on damaged or defective item returns.

Cancellation Policy

    ALL cancellations must be made prior to shipping. Once it has left our warehouse, we will no longer be able to cancel. Cancellations must be requested by the customer (unless the merchandise is sold out this does not include back order items). The cancellation request should only be made by message and e-mail. This will be useful for any future references if for some reason a canceled order is accidentally shipped out.
